Properties to Buy in Doña Pepa Costa Blanca
Steps to Buy a Home if You're a Non-Resident
The Costa Blanca is the point of Europe at which all retirees and tourists want to come on holiday. Whether a holiday home or one of the homes for sale that are in Doña Pepa or other towns on the Costa Blanca, each year are more and more arriving to the Mediterranean coast with the intention of spending a long vacation or reside.
At Alicante Holiday Lets we have villas for sale in Rojales as well as rents for vacation, spread by the main points of the Costa Blanca. We are specialized in working for foreign customer looking for a good home at a good price here, to spend the holidays.
Given our experience, we wanted to write down a series of requirements when you are buying property in the Costa Blanca without being a resident. Be aware if it is your case:
1.You have to ask for a NIE (Foreigner Identification Number). It is a fundamental document, compulsory and also works for any financial transaction in Spain.
2.Where I can get it? It is given in the foreign office or the police station if requested before, or the country of origin. Is also given ex officio when starting any administrative procedure.
3.Banks: Although you are not required, we recommend you to have a bank account in Spain to pay taxes and associated costs of buying a home (VAT if it is new and the ITP for resale homes).
4.Payments: You have to pay the IRNR (Income Tax Non-Resident) that is a direct tax on income in Spain by non-residents.
After that, we just have to find funding, and we can buy our home in the Costa Blanca. Trust in our real estate agents to help you find the right one for you. Contact us today and get your vacation home in the Costa Blanca from the hands of the best-specialized real estate agency.
